If you are interested in sharing your collections but do not wish to part with your belongings just yet, you could donate digital reproductions of your collection.

If you have scanned or digital copies of personal papers and photographs, you can upload them in the following form:
Lend Your Collections for Digitization
If you are willing to part with your collections for a brief period, then we will scan or photograph your collections and return it back to you once the digitization process is complete. This process takes around 1-2 months, To schedule a date to lend your collection to us for digitization, please contact project archivist Allan Jason Sarmiento at ajsarmiento@ucdavis.edu.
